I grew up on the countryside surrounded by animals and was deeply involved in educating and caring for our labrador retriever, which my father and I trained to be a certified hunting dog (blood hound specialization). I have always loved dogs and ever since I moved abroad, I have missed the joy and energy I get from interacting with these lovely beings. I am energetic and caring but also know how to set boundaries for dogs and avoid unwanted behaviors.
Beside my labrador retriever, I have experience working with farm dogs, as I had a farm dog as my close 'colleague' while I was working on a dairy farm in New Zealand. Additionally, I have lived together with a hyper energetic Cocker Spaniel for a few months and learned the best methods to get these little energy packages moving and make them feel loved.
I'm excited to meet any dog and specifically enjoy working with and caring for medium sized to very large dogs. Let's meet up and see if the energy matches!
